How Can I Check on The Status of My Order?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped. This is normally within 24 hours of placing an order, unless you place an order on Friday after 12pm. In this case your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please email info@nomosu.com so that we can take action.

Can I Get A Refund?

If you’re after a refund (we all have the right to change our minds), then send the package back to us in its original packaging with all the accompanying material within 30 days of purchase. It must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

We can’t accept any product back that has been opened or used.

We will not refund postage costs, unless the product was faulty  – see the next point.

My Order Is Faulty, So What Do I Do?

We’re so sorry to hear this. Get in touch by emailing us at info@nomosu.com with a few photos of the problem area, and we will either refund you or send you new product.

I would like to order from the EU

For orders being sent to countries in the European Union, please be aware that customs and local sales tax charges will have to be paid separately. We apologise for any delay that this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

So you can get your orders faster, NOMOSU has plans to set up a European distribution centre in the EU. This will make ordering from us much easier in the future and you can be sure we will announce when this happens.
