You will receive an email when your order is shipped. This is normally within 24 hours of placing an order, unless you place an order on Friday after 12pm. In this case your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can take action.
If you’re after a refund (we all have the right to change our minds), then send the package back to us in its original packaging with all the accompanying material within 30 days of purchase. It must be unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
We can’t accept any product back that has been opened or used.
